How well did you do, Mom?
For all questions, the third option is the most ideal for your child. However, if your answers are mostly the first and second selections, don’t fret. There are many reasons why your child’s defense against sickness is not in tip-top shape. These include the amount of sleep he gets, the kinds of food he eats and the hygiene habits he practices.
Remember to give him at least 8 hours of sleep to give his body ample time to rejuvenate. Encourage him to spend time outdoors as moderate exercise helps keep infections and diseases at bay. Teach him proper hand washing techniques and remind him to wash his hands frequently in school. Feed him the right diet which should consist of green leafy vegetables and colorful fruits.
Lastly, give him the powerful combination of vitamin c and zinc. This combo boosts his defense against harmful viruses and bacteria, making him less vulnerable to common colds, coughs, flu, infections and other diseases. If your child is aged two to six, vitamin c and zinc would be a very big help in solidifying his underdeveloped immunity foundation. After following our tips, do take the quiz again and discover how your child’s immunity has improved!
